Shipping & Freight: Most large items are shipped via LTL freight carrier. Freight delivery is to the client's dock or curbside only, and the client is responsible for offloading unless liftgate, inside delivery, or full delivery and installation services have been quoted in writing prior to shipment. Additional fees may apply for liftgate, inside delivery, residential delivery, and limited-access locations. All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery; any damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt (BOL) before signing and reported to Nationwide Office Furniture within 48 hours, accompanied by the proper supporting documentation outlined in our Freight Receiving Guide.
